  • Reviewing and quality-checking the team's screener compliance, call quality, and respondent vetting before onboarding is finalized

  • Reporting project status, pipeline health, and risk areas to internal leadership and, where required, directly to clients

  • Identifying relevant industry stakeholders (dealers, distributors, retailers, doctors, channel partners, B2B respondents) via LinkedIn, Naukri, industry databases, and professional networks both personally and by guiding the team's targeting approach

  • Conducting outbound B2B calls directly for high-priority, sensitive, or escalated respondent relationships, alongside overseeing the team's outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls

  • Briefing respondents and stakeholders on project objectives and expectations for complex or high-stakes engagements personally, where needed

  • Managing respondent relationship ownership across the pipeline  onboarding, call coordination, invoicing, and post-call follow-up with direct involvement on key accounts

  • Building and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards covering team-wide outreach activity, call status, respondent pipelines, and engagement metrics

  • Tracking and driving improvement in team-level KPIs: outreach conversion, onboarding volume, call completion rates, and stakeholder engagement

  • Identifying recurring bottlenecks in outreach or screening processes and proposing/implementing process refinements or SOP updates

  • Staying ahead of industry trends, client requirements, and service offerings across sectors, and cascading this knowledge to the team

  • Demonstrating flexibility in managing domestic and international B2B projects, including planning team shift coverage across time zones and non-IST working hours

Key Skills

  • 2-2.5+ years of experience in B2B outreach, operations, or respondent/panel management, with prior experience handling or mentoring a small team

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage performance of a team of 3-4 people

  • Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with respondents/stakeholders and clients

  • Proven track record of building relationships quickly over phone, email, and messaging  and coaching others to do the same

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort operating as an escalation point and communicating directly with clients when needed

  • Data-driven approach comfortable building and reading dashboards/MIS to track team and project performance

  • Sound problem-solving ability under pressure, with a strong background in networking and relationship-building
