About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer who can test modern web applications as well as AI-powered products, agents, and workflows. The role requires strong functional testing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use AI tools to improve testing speed, coverage, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

· Test web applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and user workflows.

· Create clear test cases, test scenarios, bug reports, and QA checklists.

· Test AI agents, AI skills, prompts, workflows, and model-generated outputs.

· Validate AI responses for accuracy, consistency, edge cases, hallucinations, and user intent handling.

· Use AI tools to generate test cases, improve coverage, and speed up regression testing.

· Support automation of repetitive test cases using suitable tools or AI-assisted testing methods.

· Perform API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and basic performance checks.

· Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.

· Identify gaps in requirements, user journeys, and edge cases before development release.

Must Have Skills

· 1–3 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing.

· Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, bug lifecycle, test planning, and regression testing.

· Hands-on experience testing web applications and APIs.

· Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar tools for QA work.

· Understanding of prompt testing, AI agent testing, or LLM-based application testing.

· Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, Jira, GitHub, or similar tools.

· Basic understanding of automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.

· Ability to write structured test cases and clear bug reports.

· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good to Have

· Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python.

· Exposure to test automation frameworks.

· Experience testing dashboards, data-heavy platforms, or workflow-based applications.

· Understanding of test data creation, edge-case testing, and regression planning.
