About the role

·       Domain: CAST (Client Acquisition & Sales Team)

·       Role – Manager- Business Development & Growth

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including relevant CXOs. Reaching out to relevant client connects to showcase the research products and services of 1Lattice.

·       Identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients

·       Plan approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the assigned line of business/region

·       Maintain existing relationships and continuously focus on revenue generation from cross-sell opportunities

·       Independently hold client meetings, understand the client needs through effective questioning and active listening, followed by suggesting the relevant solution/service aligned with the client requirements

Who is a successful applicant?

·       7-10 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred

·       Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industry

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close a contract independently

·       Existing relationship in mid to large corporates across any/multiple sectors

·       Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment
