About the role:

• 2-4 Years of experience in sourcing, role mapping and closing the roles at a faster TAT for lateral hiring. Good negotiations, interpersonal and influencing skills. This role will be acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Must have experience in hiring candidates through Job portals, using social media, referrals, and passive candidates {must be good in stakeholder management, keeping hiring manager informed about the status etc}.
• Must have experience in using ATS and process driven hiring.
• Onboarding experience through HRMS. Good experience in Excel is a huge plus.

Competencies, skills, and educational requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement and knowledge about the art of recruiting and candidate management
• Post Graduate degree
