Job Summary: 

The Head of Client Acquisition and Sales Team is responsible for spearheading the acquisition of new clients and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, implementing strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of client acquisition strategies. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs): 

  • Number of New Clients Acquired: Focus on the actual number of new clients brought onboard. 

Associated Key Result Areas (KRAs): 

  • Revenue Generated from New Clients: Measure the revenue generated from new clients acquired by the team. 

  • Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of leads successfully converted into paying customers. 

  • Lead Generation: Monitor the number of qualified leads generated through various channels. 

  • Market Penetration: Measure success in penetrating new markets or segments. 

  • Client Retention Rate: Track the percentage of new clients retained over a specific period. 

  • Average Time to Acquire a New Client: Measure the average duration from initial contact to closing the deal. 

  • Client Net Promoter Score (NPS): Gather feedback from new clients regarding their acquisition experience. 

  • Training and Development: Ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement of team members. 

  • Team Collaboration: Encourage collaboration within the team and with other departments to optimize the client acquisition process. 

  • Lattice Role Model (LRM): Embody the company's values and serve as a role model for the team. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and client acquisition, preferably in GIG or SAAS industry. 

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and drive results. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
