Job Summary:
The Head of Client Acquisition and Sales Team is responsible for spearheading the acquisition of new clients and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, implementing strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of client acquisition strategies.

Number of New Clients Acquired: Focus on the actual number of new clients brought onboard.

Revenue Generated from New Clients: Measure the revenue generated from new clients acquired by the team.

Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of leads successfully converted into paying customers.

Lead Generation: Monitor the number of qualified leads generated through various channels.

Market Penetration: Measure success in penetrating new markets or segments.

Client Retention Rate: Track the percentage of new clients retained over a specific period.

Average Time to Acquire a New Client: Measure the average duration from initial contact to closing the deal.

Client Net Promoter Score (NPS): Gather feedback from new clients regarding their acquisition experience.

Training and Development: Ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement of team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales leadership and client acquisition, preferably in GIG or SAAS industry.

Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and drive results.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
