Looking for a senior product leader to steer the 0-1 journey of a full-stack research marketplace product for an organisation with top tier engineering and business teams. The organisation has a strong Product Market Fit (PMF) with paying customers hence this is an all hands on deck environment with a strong visibility across the leadership of the organisation.  

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Individually manage a large product in its early stages of development and conceptualisation from scratch
  • Document, develop and test complex product(s) and experience vision across a multi-product environment
  • Test and Deploy large set of APIs for profile enrichment and validations / payments deployment
  • Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes
  • Ongoing translation of business needs into customer goals and features
  • Deliver against core customer value propositions and 1Lattice’s strategic and financial goals
  • Demonstrate empathy for the customer and steer discussions to how to build customer trust and engagement
  • Reduce system constraints (resource, financial, technology) to build long-term customer engagement and brand love
  • Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset 

Earlier work experience – Critical 

  Solid understanding and earlier experience in products on research is critical

  Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex research and data products 

  Experience with AI deployment, profile enrichment, multiple profiling and validation APIs, big data technologies, and/or machine learning.

 Qualifications:

  Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience

  2+ years of software dev experience and 3+ years of Product Management experience
