Key Outcomes Statement:

The Project Management is part of the Quantitative Project Management team. Their primary responsibility is to work with CS, field vendors, clients, freelancers, and internal stakeholders like Finance to ensure all commissioned projects are executed in a seamless manner leading to client delight & repeat business.its a part of Quantitiative and Qualitative Research Project team.  

JOB DESCRIPTION AND ROLE:

· Support Research on job commissioning and invoicing.

· End to end management of field work till data collection.

· Escalation management

· Project closure and invoicing activities

· Quota monitoring

· Troubleshooting

· End to end management involves managing the stakeholders –KO, Vendors, AMA, Scripting

REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory- Project management in a research company (Kantar / Ipsos / AC Nielsen) operations is mandatory. Knowledge of Qualitative research metrices and trackers.

· Graduate/post-graduate.

· Good communication skills

· Logical thinking

· Ideally 6-8 years’ experience in the field of project management
