About the role
· Domain: Business Development and Operations
· Success Evaluation: Sales delivery + Organisational KRAs
· Day to day functions:
- Business Development
- Research training and development needs.
- Reaching out to Corporates (HRs and LnD team) and get Training mandates from them.
- Make presentations or pitches outlining our key offerings pertinent to client requirements-
- Develop plans and strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve the company's sales goals.
- Operations
- Understand their LnD requirements, use a consultative approach and suggest them our offerings, if required come out with bespoke solutions
- Once Corporate gives the mandate, coordinate with the Client servicing team to ensure timely and effective delivery to ensure repeat business in future.
- Continuously work to enhance coverage as well as depth of clients by nurturing multi-level connects with decision makers, influencers, and exec sponsors within the customer and partner organizations
· Ideal Candidate
1.Must Have (Please don’t apply if your profile doesn’t fit in these points)
- Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong understanding of training and L&D.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of business metrics and creating reports
- Good to have.
- Post graduation in business (MBA)
- Good Network in L&D industry
- Experience in Training industry.
- Individual experience of conducting trainings
- Experience in fast growing 0-1 stage startup is desired.
- Experience of MS Excel
- Working understanding of a CRM like HubSpot / Salesforce etc
- Other pointers
- Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Delhi (Mumbai as preferred)
