About the role

·       Domain: Business Development and Operations

·       Success Evaluation: Sales delivery + Organisational KRAs

·       Day to day functions:

      • Business Development
        1. Research training and development needs.
        2. Reaching out to Corporates (HRs and LnD team) and get Training mandates from them.
        3. Make presentations or pitches outlining our key offerings pertinent to client requirements-
        4. Develop plans and strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve the company's sales goals.
      • Operations
        1. Understand their LnD requirements, use a consultative approach and suggest them our offerings, if required come out with bespoke solutions
        2. Once Corporate gives the mandate, coordinate with the Client servicing team to ensure timely and effective delivery to ensure repeat business in future.
        3. Continuously work to enhance coverage as well as depth of clients by nurturing multi-level connects with decision makers, influencers, and exec sponsors within the customer and partner organizations

·       Ideal Candidate

1.Must Have (Please don’t apply if your profile doesn’t fit in these points)

      • Graduation
      • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
      • Strong understanding of training and L&D.
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Excellent PowerPoint skills
      • Understanding of business metrics and creating reports
    1. Good to have.
      • Post graduation in business (MBA)
      • Good Network in L&D industry
      • Experience in Training industry.
      • Individual experience of conducting trainings
      • Experience in fast growing 0-1 stage startup is desired.
      • Experience of MS Excel
      • Working understanding of a CRM like HubSpot / Salesforce etc
