About the role:

• Brainstorming with a variety of stakeholders and implementing event concepts and themes.
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objective, and deliver on plan and execute pre-event promotional activities (social media, etc.)
• Managing branding and communication
• Sourcing and negotiating quotes with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitoring timeframes and budgets
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
• Handle relations and logistics for senior executives / VIPs.
• Establish a blueprint of best practices for events: roles and responsibilities, templates, checklists, reusable assets, etc.
• Should take complete care of Business Development, Account Management and Operations for this vertical.
• Should act as a vertical / category head for this vertical.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience as B2B event manager.
• Skilled in project management
• Communication and marketing skills
• Outstanding negotiation ability
• Good time management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in fast growing 0-1 stage startup is must.
• Experience in startup is required.

Job Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Qualification: Graduate or BTech or Postgraduate

Exp: 3 to 6yrs
