 About the Role: As an ‘Associate – Strategic Initiatives’ at 1Lattice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in his priority workstreams (including long term strategic initiatives, medium term growth drivers as well as daily priorities). This position requires someone who can manage a diverse set of responsibilities ranging from analytical problem solving to cross-functional stakeholder management  and executive-level administrative duties.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of multi-tasking, and possess strong analytical and project management skills. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial and growth mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive impact across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Strategy & Growth Initiatives: Assisting the CEO in developing and executing company growth strategies, including market research and competitive analysis.

2.      Project Management: Oversee and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

3.      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to facilitate communication and coordination for cross-departmental projects.

4.      Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business performance data and generate insightful reports for the CEO to inform decision-making.

5.      General Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and manage documentation related to meetings, projects, and decisions.

6.      Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing tasks based on business priorities.

 

 Competencies and Skills:

·       Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on timely execution, attention to detail, and process-driven approaches.

·       Problem Solving & Critical Analysis: Strong business acumen with the ability to think critically, understand and build strategic plans, and provide actionable insights through data analysis.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills: to engage with senior stakeholders, partners, and internal teams, and deliver clear, insightful reports.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective at collaborating across teams to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful execution of organizational objectives.

·       Entrepreneurial Mindset & Initiative: Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful team player, with the ability to take initiative and work independently with high energy.

Qualifications:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. MBA will be preferred.

·       Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in strategy teams or supporting executive leadership in dynamic, fast-paced organizations

·       Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
