About the role:

  • Domain: Network (Client Acquisition & Sales Team, Market Research)  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations (Brands and consulting firms), including relevant CXOs. Reaching out to relevant clients connects to showcase the research products and services of 1Lattice. 

  • Identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients 

  • Plan proposals, approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the assigned line of business/region 

  • Maintain existing relationships and continuously focus on revenue generation from cross-sell opportunities 

  • Independently hold client meetings, understand the client needs through effective questioning and active listening, followed by suggesting the relevant solution/service aligned with the client requirements 

  • Having and understanding of how the budget are planned for the execution of projects and own P&L  

Who is a successful applicant? 

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred 

  • Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industry 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close a contract independently 

  • Operational understanding of how research is conducted across different industry segments and methodologies 

  • Understand the different parameters of quality assurance 

  • Existing relationship in mid to large corporates across any/multiple sectors 

  • Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment  

 

Role type: In-office, 5 days working 

Compensation: Aligned to market
